In August Cameron had a business trip to Spokane so we decided to go along with him. We drove over on a Monday, stayed one night and then drove back the next day. On the way home we stopped at the petrified forest. Which wasn’t very foresty and kind of hilarious but it was still fun.
The petrified trees were under these screen things and only little bits of them were sticking out of the ground. It was funny.
My kids would've loved that trip just for the chance to stay in a hotel! For some reason they think that is such an adventure.
